Roasting in HK since 2000. The same coffee we supply to restaurants and coffee shops.
Our Decaf is made from 100% specialty-grade Arabica coffee and water processed at origin to reduce the caffeine while preserving the character of the coffee.
Roasted in Hong Kong and available as whole bean or ground for your preferred brewing method, it is made for anyone who wants the ritual and flavour of freshly brewed coffee with less caffeine.
This specialty-grade Arabica coffee is water processed at origin before being roasted in Hong Kong.
The coffee is decaffeinated using a water-based process before roasting. It is then roasted in Hong Kong and prepared as whole bean or ground for your preferred brewing method.
Decaf can be brewed using the same familiar methods as regular coffee. The recipes below were tested with our own equipment and are intended as starting points. Grinder calibration, water and brewing equipment can affect the final result, so adjust to taste.
Smooth and concentrated
Pull espresso with a target of 18g coffee and 36–40g in the cup over 27–31 seconds. Adjust the grind to reach the target yield and time.
Clean and balanced
Rinse the filter and add the ground coffee. Begin with approximately 45g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30–40 seconds. Continue pouring gradually in controlled stages until the scale reaches 240g.
Rounded and comforting
Add the coffee and fully saturate it with water. Steep for four minutes, break the crust gently, press slowly and serve immediately.
Do not leave the brewed coffee sitting in the French press, as extraction will continue.
