Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy (for all non-edible items), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep the receipt for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@quartersbrew.com and we will advise you on your next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two days of receipt and let us know the problem so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Coffee and Other Edible Items
Due to hygiene and other considerations, coffee and other edible items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do not accept returns on sale items, monthly subscriptions or gift cards/credits. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will review your return request. If approved, we will automatically refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@quartersbrew.com.
