Shipping policy

Quarters Brew delivers within Hong Kong.

Orders are freshly roasted in Hong Kong and dispatched within 48 hours of roasting. Delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery is free on orders over HK$300. On orders under HK$300, the shipping charge is shown at checkout.

We deliver to addresses in Hong Kong. For delivery outside Hong Kong, or for wholesale orders from 10kg, email info@quartersbrew.com.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or the order is wrong, email info@quartersbrew.com within 7 days of delivery. Our refund policy explains how replacements and refunds work.
